Do you manage or oversee a portfolio of properties. If so, we can offer you: 

  • AN HOURLY PREFERENTIAL RATE

 

  • ​​​QUALITY SERVICES TO INCLUDE ANNUAL HOT WATER SERVICING: Annual hot water servicing is sometimes overlooked by households but did you know that if your hot water heater is not serviced on an annual basis you may lose any manufacturer guarantee on replacement parts should it fail. Not only will we service your hot water heaters we will remind you by email each year when it is due for its service.

 

  • GENERAL DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SERVICING: General maintenance, repairs, and renovations in the properties you manage. For example: - Regularly checking taps and pipe work for any leaks. Saving your clients on potentially high-water bills.

 

  • CENTRAL HEATING PRE-WINTER CHECK: This includes checking components, pumps, actuators, valves, pressure and boiler operation.

 

  • 24 HOUR 365 DAYS A YEAR EMERGENCY CALL OUT SERVICE: Immediate plumbing assistance in emergency situations. These could include burst pipes, sewage backups, or other urgent issues.
